Grabbed a piece of 1/2 x 2 angle and started to figure out the shape needed. After settling on the shape, I trimmed it with the dremmel and shapped with the scotchbrite wheel. Matched drilled the holes to the parking brake and then let the plunger ride against the bracket to see where the arc is in order to drill the open and closed holes.
The only problem I have is that I removed the lever from the parking brake and didn't mark it's position. Now, I'll have to figure out the open and closed position based on the dimple on the lever pivot...I'll be making a phone call to Grove...damn!
